Homer Alaska Lodging in Vacation Rental Cabins

RATES The cottage can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 8 people. * Minimum stay of 2 nights *
May 15th through August 31st	$235 per night for up to 2 people $20 per night for each additional person
September 1st through May 14th	$185 per night for up to 2 people $20 per night for each additional person
Local sales tax will be added to all the above prices

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will be refunded their deposit minus a $30.00 processing fee.
Cancellations made 8-29 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposit amount
Cancellations made 0-7 days in advance will forfeit 100% of the deposit amount.
Should another party fill your cancellation you will be charged the processing fee and refunded the balance of you deposit.

STAYS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS will require a 60 day notice of cancellation to receive a refund of deposit minus a $60.00 processing fee. Notice of a cancellation made 59 to 8 days in advance will be refunded 50% of the deposit amount and cancellations made 0-7 days in advance will forfeit 100% of the deposit amount.

A deposit of 50% will be needed to secure your reservation.
I will send out a confirmation letter for you once a reservation is secured.
